AARON FRANKCOMB
FOUNDER & HIGH-PERFORMANCE COACH
Aaron is former PSA World #38, with 4 years in the Top 50 and 8 years in the Top 100. He represented Australia at the Commonwealth Games in 2010. Aaron was a Scholarship holder at the Australian Institute of Sport from 2003-2007, 2010, and 2011. As a junior, he was Australian Junior Champion in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, including twice in the Under 19 age group. Originally from Tasmania, Aaron now resides in Sydney, coaching and playing, and is still ranked #1 in NSW Men's Rankings.

JACOB ROBINSON
SENIOR COACH
Jacob joins The Academy from the UK, where he has coached at some of the most prestigious and successful clubs. He has helped elite players with tailored strategies and tactics to succeed in competitions. Jacob has also trained younger players in basic skills and coordination to improve their game, gain confidence and have more fun.

​Jacob has coached several county and top-ranked national players, including Finlay Withington (England junior international) and Saran Nghiem (England junior international), as well as Jess Davis, Patrick Rooney (HWR: 28), Adam Murrils (HWR: 76), and Chris Longman, the Head Squash Professional at Germantown Cricket Club in Philadelphia.

Jacob is a highly qualified Level 3 Coach. What sets him apart is his understanding of the physical and mental requirements of the game, which play a critical role in success at all levels. If you want to improve your game and gain the mental toughness required to win more matches at any level, Jacob can help you achieve your goals.

HENRY BOOTH
Assistant Squash Coach - Batchelor of Science (BSC)​
At 23, Henry has over seven years of coaching experience, having led junior, university and adult lessons from the age of 16 in multiple clubs across the UK.

In these lessons, Henry helped players of all levels to grow tactically, technically and physically to achieve their goals. Henry joins us as an England Squash Level 2 qualified coach and a recent graduate in Physical Education, Sports and Health. He brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding the physical and mental demands of sport at all levels, as well as the promotion and development of sport and high-performance environments.

DR MARC DUSSAULT B.Eng. MBA, MLS (UNSW LAW), DBA, GAICD, FAIM
SQUASH AND TABLE TENNIS COACH
RESIDENT SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY AND PEAK PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Hitting his first squash ball at age 37, with only 5 years of playing experience and less than a total of 10 tournaments under his belt, Marc used Deliberate Practice Principles to reach the top ranks of Masters squash within 3 years. 

His expertise and knowledge are based in scientific principles that explore the cutting edge of mental toughness research so our Junior, Elite and High Performance players can get the edge that is so important at the elite levels of sports performance.  

In addition to extensive academic research on sports psychology, Marc has visited the infamous Nick Bolletieri Academy in Bradenton, Florida, now called the IMG Academy and the Michael Johnson Performance Centre in Dallas, Texas to find out what the very best Academies are doing to breed the next generation of champions. ​

JAMES SLADE
Assistant Squash Coach
At 19, James Slade brings both high-level playing experience and a passion for player development to the court. A former top-five ranked junior in Australia, James represented Australia at the World Junior Squash Championships in Houston, USA, and the Trans-Tasman Test Series, competing against some of the world’s leading junior players. He was also a four-time NSW State Junior Representative (2018–19, 2021–22), developing a strong understanding of the technical, tactical and mental demands of elite squash.

James focuses on helping players build strong fundamentals, develop confidence and adopt a growth mindset to achieve their goals. Alongside coaching, he is currently completing a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at University of Technology Sydney.​

At 19, Jackson Wylie brings elite playing experience and a deep understanding of high-performance squash to the court. The reigning Australian Junior Champion, Jackson has competed internationally at prestigious events including the British Junior Open and has trained extensively in Britain, gaining exposure to world-class coaching and competition environments. Currently pursuing squash professionally, Jackson combines his elite playing experience with his role as a Level 1 qualified coach, helping players develop strong technical foundations, tactical awareness, and a competitive mindset to achieve their goals.

HAILEY FRANKCOMB
Assistant Squash Coach
At 18 years old, Hailey Frankcomb brings a broad range of experience and a strong passion for helping younger people develop their squash game. Hailey represented NSW in both Melbourne and New Zealand through the CHSSA Trans-Tasman competition and was a member of the NSW State Team that finished first nationally. These experiences have provided her with valuable insight into competitive squash, teamwork, and high-performance environments. Alongside studying at the University of Sydney, Hailey focuses on helping players build confidence, strong fundamentals, and a positive mindset while fostering enjoyment of the game.​
