A complete squash development pathway for junior players to stay active, build confidence and self-esteem, develop hand-eye coordination and learn resilience, in a safe environment

Our Junior Squads program is an excellent opportunity to help instill confidence, build values and inspire a love of squash in your son or daughter, in a fun and safe environment.

Your child will learn how to handle the pitfalls, challenges and disappointments that regularly arise as players grow, develop and progress in the sport.

Junior Squads emphasises traditional values such as courage and strength, discipline and hard work, teamwork and achievement, and fairness and integrity to develop balanced players.

Your child will learn emotional regulation, hand-eye coordination, and improved decision-making skills to help him/her be more accomplished both on the court and in the classroom.

Rated as one of the healthiest sports to play (Forbes, 2003), squash promises flexibility and mental toughness, muscular strength and endurance, and low risk of injury.

Your child will improve his/her:
  • Eye hand coordination
  • Skill acquisition
  • Motor Skills
  • Fitness
  • Strength and power
  • Speed and agility

We will provide ALL the essential equipment and hands-on expertise, including:
  • Racquets
  • Balls
  • Protective eyewear
  • Drill targets
  • Different squads to suit varying levels of commitment and ability.
  • Qualified & experienced coaches (Working with Children Checks, WWCC)
  • Coach reports tracking each player’s development.
