YOU SHOULD ATTEND IF:

  • You’re a competitive player and want to increase your matrix ranking 20 to 40 points in the next 6 to 12 months.
  • You’ve hit a plateau and realise you’re not making progress as quickly as you once were. This is normal, but won’t change unless you do something about it.
  • You want a few key ideas that will help you play better, smarter so you can be more confident on court.
  • You’re a good player, but still struggle with consistency having days when you play really well while other days you wonder how you could play so badly.
  • You’re keen to add the mental aspect of the game to your repertoire and enter the realm of the mindset of a champion.
  • You realise that your technique needs some work. Sometimes, it’s the easiest thing that can make the biggest difference.
  • You’re aware that your strategic approach to the game is not all it could be. Whatever your level, once you hit a plateau, playing with equally good opponents, strategy can be the difference between a win and a loss.

WHY ATTENDING A SQUASH CAMP
IS DIFFERENT THAN DOING
REGULAR DRILLS AND ROUTINES

All good/competitive squash players do drills and routines, but every once in a while, as human beings, we need to immerse ourselves with an intense session like a 2-day squash camp to breakthrough current limitations and obstacles. The high intensity and full immersion floods your mental and physical systems to create epiphanies and revelations that have scientifically been proven to otherwise remain hidden or take a lot longer to discover.

Simply put, you can either invest 2 days to improve your squash game or hope it'll happen over the next 2 years.

We know that sounds extreme, but the scientific research has shown that short bursts of intense focus on any sport activity has exponentially beneficial outcomes - the main contributing factor is the quality of the coaching and the design of the exercises and tasks you're given.

We have designed the squash camp to make sure you play to your limit without risking injury - you will push yourself like never before because we'll have 4 to 5 hours on court per day. When was the last time you spent THAT many hours on court in one day?

Plus we're going to teach you deliberate practice - how champions approach each and every training session.

You'll discover how small things can make a BIG difference in your results - PLUS you'll see it in other participants. Transformations don't take weeks and months to happen - often, they can happen INSTANTLY. You'll be truly amazed how getting the RIGHT ADVICE AT THE RIGHT TIME makes all the difference.

Come and discover the champion mindset that is within you - you'll be glad you did the next time you have a hit with your playing partner and at your next tournament.

IMAGINE…
  • Getting past a mental block that has been holding you back.
  • Being able to beat someone who has been able to take you in 4 or 5  close games.
  • Moving up one or two positions in your team - or moving up one division!
  • Winning a comp, tournament or pennant.

Imagining it is part of what we will teach you - the mental game of squash - the mindset of a champion.

Contrary to popular belief that champions are physically superior, champions excel because of their mental disciple and toughness. The good news is that mental toughness is a skill that can be learned and mastered - but you need to know what to do and when to do it.

HOW COOL WOULD IT BE TO…
  • Play your 'best' each and every time you get on court.
  • Avoiding choking at critical moments in a game or match.
  • Make the most of every minute you practice to produce the best results in the least amount of time.
  • Beat players that are supposedly "better" than you.
  • Achieve consistency that builds your confidence and undermines your opponent’s sense of control.
  • Dominate rallies instead of being pushed around the court.
  • Recover quickly from a bad (wrong) call from the ref.
