GENERAL FAQS
WHAT IS SQUASH?
Squash is a fast-moving racket sport played within a four-walled court, with a small, hollow rubber ball and squash racquets. Once the ball is served, players take turns hitting the ball against the front wall, above the tin and below the out line. Anyone can learn the rules and the techniques of the game.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY PRIOR SQUASH EXPERIENCE, IS THAT OKAY?
Yes, it is ok. You do not need any prior experience to participate in a squash lesson/class.
WHAT IF I CAN'T HIT THE BALL?
Don’t worry! As a Learn to Play Player, a coach will introduce simple hand-eye coordination skills to develop a pathway tailored to your individual needs. Our expert coaches will teach you how to hit the ball and get more comfortable on court.
