However in some cases we may collect information from allied squash clubs in order to promote events and services relevant to that club. Naturally, we collect and hold a broad range of personal information gathered during the course of providing our coaching services, exhibitions, clinics, website/blog subscriptions and a variety of other products (tournaments/school programs/open days/events/fundraisers etc.). However, as stated above, we strive to ensure that we collect and hold only that personal information which is relevant and necessary to your specific matters.

We collect information primarily to record appropriate details for any order you have placed with East Coast Squash Academy. We may also use the information:

- to invite you to coaching clinics, tournaments or exhibition events hosted by East Coast Squash Academy;

- All staff are required to sign East Coast Squash Academy’s Privacy, Policy & Procedures documents covering the disclosure and use of information collected by The East Coast Squash Academy.
- All computers have password protection
- All contractor and employee accounts are controlled and fully accessible by East Coast Squash Academy Administrators;
- All computers password protected and virus protected;
- Our website is protected by a firewall; and
- Our contractors/employees all sign confidentiality agreements as part of beginning a contracting role or employment at East Coast Squash Academy.
