Experience a UNIQUE corporate day to unleash your teams peak performance.

Unleash Peak Corporate Performance is a quick-paced four-hour power session designed to motivate your people to greater teamwork, collaboration, and peak performance with squash.

Why Squash?
Simply, it’s different. Squash is classed as a corporate game globally. Squash has also been rated as one of the healthiest sports to play (Forbes, 2003) based on factors such as cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, calories burned, flexibility, and low risk of injury.

  • You can burn up to 1000 calories EVERY HOUR playing squash!
  • Playing squash strengthens the heart and lungs.
  • Squash enhances your hand-eye coordination.

Unleash Peak Corporate Performance begins with an explanation of the fundamental rules of squash by former world #38 Champion Aaron Frankcomb. Aaron will demonstrate felicitous stroke execution, court movement, ball control, and service returns in slow motion, to give your people a clear understanding of how elite champions play squash.

Next, in a quick demonstration of the game, two of our expert coaches will help your people turn theory into practice with a set of squash. The goal of Unleash Peak Corporate Performance is to combine squash theory with psychology by reinforcing behaviour and vicarious learning of your people through watching as our expert players get on the court and make the ball move blazingly fast.

Once the basics of the squash are covered and demonstrated, your people can get on the court and practice basic strokes including the volley, boast, and drive with our expert coaches standing on the side offering ongoing support and assistance.

With some practice, your team will be ready for some fun: a round-robin competition where each player takes turns in the game until he or she is the last person standing! In our experience, it’s a great way to improve bonding and competitive performance among employees.
Unleash Peak Corporate Performance is guaranteed to motivate your people to greater peak performance. Winners will walk away with prizes earning them office bragging rights for the weeks and months to come.

The following prizes will be put forth to the winners during our official prize ceremony:
  • First place medal
  • Second place medal
  • Third place medal
  • Best attitude certificate
  • Most improved certificate
  • Best shot of the day certificate

Aaron Frankcomb himself will award all prizes.

We will take care of everything including racquets, balls, cones, targets and professional coaches to guide the process giving your people an unforgettable experience hitting balls starting with limited or no squash experience.

Testimonial: Ultimate Edge Communication

Employer: ALEISHA McCALL (CEO)

“What I liked about this event is that the Academy took care of everything.
“The courts were reserved for us, with a great number of coaches to demonstrate proper technique and feed people so they can have fun hitting balls. Excellent catering and great trophies were special touches that made this the ultimate social afternoon to have fun and reward our team.”

The UEC inaugural champion Evan Bohringer:

“I haven’t been on a squash court in almost 10 years and this was a fun way to get back on court.”

The first-time squashie and winner of the best attitude award, Gemma Giam declared:

“What I like about squash is that we get to hit (or miss) a lot more balls, whereas with tennis for example, most of the time is lost picking up balls.

Testimonial: Pro-Quest Consulting

Employee: Kate Renner (Experience Manager)

With a little influence from a squash expert in my office, I was introduced to the idea of having a squash outing for one of my team building events for the quarter. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but trusted the recommendation and decided to go with it. I was so presently surprised when I brought my team over to the courts that day. Aaron had an amazing squash training planned for the team that included team building games and was all around so much fun. Aaron is so knowledgeable and skilled but also knows how to teach in a way that is super fun. We learned so much about the game, had tons of time practicing and learning techniques, and truly had a smile on our faces throughout the entire event. I could not be happier with the turnout and the wonderful feedback from the team! Most left the courts that day wanting to come back for more. If you are looking for something fun, different, and engaging for your next team event, definitely go with squash!
