The Academy’s School Squash classes are an excellent opportunity for your child to be engaged in a fun, healthy and new activity that stimulates their minds and bodies. Rated as one of the healthiest sports to play (Forbes, 2003), these classes promise flexibility and mental toughness, muscular strength and endurance, low risk of injury, and camaraderie and sportsmanship.
