Mums are so special...

They nurse bruised knees and heal broken hearts.

They motivate us to work hard and follow our dreams.

Our mums are our biggest champions.

And, now it’s time give your mum the gift of a champion this Mother’s Day.

Give Your Mum the Gift of a Champion She’ll Remember!

Mums are real champions who often take the role of a coach giving us words of wisdom. But they work tough week after week, and they need a break!

Look no further than our squash lessons designed only for champion mums.

Squash is a great sport to burn calories and give your body a fantastic workout. It tones your arms and abdominals and tightens your glutes and hamstrings. Squash helps to make your core stronger and more flexible. It also takes the mind away from daily chores, stressors, and anxiety-provoking thoughts and mental worries.

Squash Will Give Your Busy Mum the Break She Needs and Deserves!

The GOLDEN MUM package is designed for mums who are advanced squash players or those who are absolute beginners who don’t even know what a squash racket looks like. With a maximum of 8 Beginners and 6 Intermediate/Advanced players per class, on 2 courts, your mum is sure to get plenty of time training with her coach.

If your mum is completely new to squash, she will learn all squash basics including swing, movement, rules of the game, and basic strategy! She will also get a good cardio workout and fitness training within a small intimate group of other mums.

Your mum will learn the following:
  • The basic technique of the swing
  • Proper footwork
  • How to serve and return the serve
  • How to increase hand-eye coordination skills
  • Simple tactics for a match
  • Basic rules of the game

If your mum is an intermediate or advanced squash player, she will learn skills and techniques to build onto and deepen her squash foundation — including drills, routines, and conditioning games in an intimate mum-group environment.

For the PLATINUM MUM Package, mum can invite her girlfriends to have some fun playing squash away from home! Again, this gift is suitable for beginner, indeterminate or advanced squash playing mums. The groups are limited to only 2 to 6 players, so every mum will get personalised attention and professional coaching that she deserves.

If mum is new to squash, she’ll work with her coach to learn the basics. If she’s “experienced” she’ll work on a specific aspect of her game needing improvement. Her coach will devise lessons aimed at the area she and her girlfriends want to focus on and work to make sure that everyone gets their desired outcome from each lesson.

The Platinum Mum Package is an excellent opportunity for mum to train privately with her girlfriends. She will learn or improve her squash in a fun and relaxed setting.

So, whatever squash skills mum has, she can have fun playing squash. If she has played squash before then what a fantastic idea to get her back in the game. If she has never played squash, then this is her opportunity for her to try something new in a fun and friendly environment with other mums.

Most importantly, your mum can select the day, time and location that works for her!
Your Mum Needs A Break
From All Her Supermum Chores!
GIVE YOUR MUM a special gift this Mother’s Day–a gift she will remember.

After you purchase your gift vouchers – your mum can schedule her squash lessons whenever it suits her, no stress, no fuss. Simply choose the gift, and she can choose the most convenient dates for her squash lessons, later. Easy!
