Take the ultimate challenge with a squash class led by – a robot!

Ball feeding machines also called canons have been around for decades in both tennis and table tennis (ping pong). Only recently have they made their way to squash and not without a lot of consistency problems and dependability issues.

We’ve sourced and brought the best robot to the Academy with the tongue-in-cheek name – “Ro-Butt” classes, to highlight how much fun you can have burning calories, gets buns of steel (get it?) while learning to play squash!
What’s special about Ro-Butt classes
Picture
Totally safe with a coach on court to manage the robot's settings. These classes are staged with special routines to make it challenging and fun.
Picture
The sessions are designed to get you back in shape really quickly. Trust that you’ll be buggered after constant feeding, knowing the robot never gets tired and keeps going and going and going and going...
Picture
You will hit a ball every +/- 10 seconds – Balls are fed almost non-stop, so with the consistency of timing and placement, it helps you get your approach to the ball right as well as your hitting position and racket ready much more easily.
Picture
Consistent feeding – Because you know where the ball is coming from every time, with little to no variability, it’s easier to focus on your technique.
Picture
Burn more calories – You’ll get to hit about three times more balls, in the same time as a regular small group class!
Picture
Balls are constantly recycled – The uninterrupted feeding of balls means non-stop activity on the court, which is really fun and engaging.
Picture
Balls are fed based on your level – The coach will set the robot to match your level and ability to maximise enjoyment and skill development so you won't be overwhelmed, tired, but not overwhelmed!
Picture
Develop skills faster – With the constant and consistent repetition of the same stroke for each class on each of the forehand and backhand sides, you will develop your squash skills a lot faster.
ARE THESE CLASSES FOR ME?
