Are You A Squash Beginner Or Experienced Racquet Competitor Looking to Hone Your Skills to Take on More Experienced Players? The Beginner Class Is for You
We welcome all beginner players with a Sporty HQ rating of 350-549 (don't worry if you don't have or know your Sporty HQ!) or previous racquet sports competitors who have completed 25 hours+ playing badminton, tennis, table tennis or any other racquet sport.

DEVELOP THE BASIC TECHNIQUE TO POSITION THE BALL WHERE YOU WANT
We’ll teach you the key fundamentals of the swing (racquet up, arm position, follow through), the position of where you should hit the ball (early, late, between your two feet) and demonstrate the correct foundations to help you advance your skill. |
IMPROVE YOUR SERVE & RETURN OF SERVE
Have fun learning the correct technique to position the ball on both serve & return of serve. Developing these two areas in your game will give you a far more enjoyable experience getting rallies going and having a great sweat out. Also, we’ll teach you how to get an edge from the very first shot. |

Every week you will focus on a specific theme to help you master drills, feeding, and specialised routines using little-known training principles that work. We will work on technical skills as well as putting you through a high-intensity workout, including cardio, strength work, and core stability exercises.
You will understand how to accelerate quickly and powerfully from any position and glide on the court, without putting unnecessary strain on your body, especially knees, ankles, hips and thighs.
