Small Group Classes: Advanced
A$40 Per Class A$175 / 5 Classes ($35 per class) A$325 / 10 Classes ($32.50 per class) For players over 160 matrix points. Expand on your game and deepen your understanding through feeding, drills, routines, conditioned games, and match play, all targeted at an aspect of the game. Each class will have a different focus to help you learn the most and help your game thrive. Maximum 6 players on two courts.

Small Group Classes - Advanced
We will be running two different weekly training squad classes for 10 weeks, beginning the week after Easter! To help you decide which squad is correct for you, we will be dividing them by standard so that everyone gets a great hit! If you do not have a matrix ranking yet, please contact us so we can get a better gauge for your standard. Three different times will be available for each class for maximum convenience; if you buy a pack, the time you select will remain your time for each week of your pack. Each class will be capped at 6 players, so make sure you book as soon as you can before spots fill up.
All classes will be taught by Aaron Frankcomb, who will focus on a different aspect of the game to maximize your skill set on court! We will be working on technical skills as well as putting you through a high intensity work out, including cardio, strength work, and core stability exercises. Drills, partner hitting, and restricted game play will make up your sessions each week.
