Where are the Squash in the Park sessions held?
The sessions are held in well-known Parks around the Sydney area: Manly - Nolan Reserve, Kentwell Road, Waverton Park, Willoughby Bicentennial Reserve Oval, Hyde Park – Anzac Memorial side and Sydney University[A1] Aquatic Centre What do we do in the sessions? The sessions are designed for players to make gains in efficient movement and technique by completing specific deliberate squash movements to gain muscle memory to transfer across to the court. Technique and swing will be addressed and some simple skills using a ball and racket to increase balance and co-ordination.
