East Coast Squash Academy has been running the Active After Schools Squash Program called OZ Squash for over 1 and a half years now. Squash Australia has developed this program to go out into primary school after school care programs to create awareness in the community. The program runs as a 7 week course which develops the children's skills. Some schools in the 7th week choose to run a club Gala Day which gives them an opportunity to go on a squash court and see how the game is played. Below is a video of one of our Gala days where we were fortunate enough to have David Palmer in for our Adult Squash Camp & Exhibition hosted at Willoughby Squash to come in and help promote Squash. This is one of our programs that feeds into our junior club programs that brings new players to the sport. They start off attending our Friday Junior Squads from 4 - 5:30pm, run in school terms.
