Obviously, we are stoked! There have been many other conclusions that squash is good for you, including statements that squash is the highest calorie burning sport in existence...but it is always exciting to see a source from our home city, Sydney! Although this article did not talk about squash alone, it is exciting to see racquet sports getting the acknowledgement as a tough sport but also one that is good for you and may prevent serious heart complications or diseases. AND it's a great way to have fun, stay interested, and workout at the same time; no more boring treadmills at the gym for us (yes!).
